Print Your Label
Once your request is authorized, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.
Pack Your Gear
Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the package is sealed properly for transit.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund or exchange is processed.
